Bondi Resort Blog

Come on into our Blog for a look at the wonderful world we've got to share! With over 240 hectares (600 acres) of wilderness woodlands surrounding the resort, just ten minutes from Algonquin Park, we feature over 400 metres (1200’) of waterfront and beach; boat rentals; summer hiking trails winding through fields and woods; 20 km. of groomed cross country ski trails and snowshoeing in winter; access to nearby snowmobile trails for sledders, and a toboggan hill for the young at heart.

33 DEGREES

The forecast indicates it is going to hit 33 degrees celsius today. That's pretty much a Come On Down call to go to the lake, pull up a Muskoka chair in the shade of one of the big willows, catch the breeze off the lake... jump on in...

The Farnmers' Almanac did call for a hot dry summer, after a cool wet spring. Looks like they could be on to something.

We still have some vacancies, both this week and the next week, and we're wondering why anyone would want to be stuck in the city when they could be up at the lake...

So, we're celebrating the summer heat with a super special.  For the next few weeks, where we have vacancies, we'll accept bookings of 4 nights or longer, rather than the usual one week only bookings we take in summertime.
