'Tis the Season

What would summer be without the One and Only Wiener Roast!????

Tuesday evening saw us all down at the beach, for a tradition that backs to Bondi's very beginnings.

Carol and Sue prepared the feast, and Carol made sure there was plenty of good 'eats' to go around.

Dave took over the bbq. Sue was in charge of s'mores. Sarah and Andrea helped with the Seed Spitting and a bunch of other tasks. Mike and Dave had the roasting sticks in fine order. Not to mention the bonfire (under Brian's supervision) AND they brought out the potato canon.

We all schmoozed... We have guests this week that have been coming for 51 years (that's YOU, Stuart and Alice! Love you!)

And we have new guests who are visiting us from France, and were introduced to their first s'mores... their first Seed Spitting experience...

Such good times happen on the beach, when people mingle.

Napster Art

We are very proud of Napster, our tail-painting cat, who uses his lovely artwork to raise money for charities. This lovely little creature passed away July 2015, but left a huge legacy, having raised over $12,000 for various charities through the sale of his artwork. That artwork, through prints and notecards, is still available.
