Froggy

Back in the Spring, when it looked like it was going to be a dry hot summer, I spent some time rescuing tadpoles and toadpoles from the ever vanishing puddle in the pasture, and re-locating them to the Pond that never dries up.

Rains followed... and for the most part, an entire new crop of frogs were hatched in that same pasture puddle, but for the crowd we rescued, it was the only option.

Now there seem to be plenty of frogs hopping about along the shore of the pond, and along the lakeshore too, in these reeds, so we think it has ended well!
