Bondi Resort Blog

Come on into our Blog for a look at the wonderful world we've got to share! With over 240 hectares (600 acres) of wilderness woodlands surrounding the resort, just ten minutes from Algonquin Park, we feature over 400 metres (1200’) of waterfront and beach; boat rentals; summer hiking trails winding through fields and woods; 20 km. of groomed cross country ski trails and snowshoeing in winter; access to nearby snowmobile trails for sledders, and a toboggan hill for the young at heart.

New Year's Morning

Taffy and David discuss trail maintenance and the
proper use of that chainsaw in the back rack.
Somebody said they wanted snow so they could go play in it??? Well, it has arrived.  Even a little bit back-ordered, it's here now.

David and Brian have been through our ski trails making sure the high winds didn't bring any trees and branches down.  That also serves to pack in the trails.

Our trails are open, but we do ask that non-registered guests remember to check in and out with us at the office, since the trails are NOT groomed yet. We are working on that... And a few are not in good shape because they need to be more frozen first to set up the swampy bits.

Here are some pictures from this New Year's morning, though.
Ski trail Management Committee impromptu meeting
